Our most comprehensive service package includes everything from preparing detailed set of architectural and interior design drawings, acquiring all necessary permits, and completing the entire construction of the space by directly engaging all subcontractors and managing the construction process from beginning to end.  The process includes, but is not limited to:

  • Design consultations with the client

  • Architectural design presentations and revisions

  • FF&E presentations and revision

  • Elevation drawings and submittals to the client

  • Completion of design, architectural & MEP set

  • Engagement of an MEP Engineer to complete MEP drawings in compliance with the architectural drawings

  • Engagement of an expeditor to with with the Department of Buildings

  • Submission of Permit applications with the city

  • Approval of permits

  • General architectural construction

  • Specialty (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) construction

  • Construction management in co-ordination with the Engineers & Contractors to verify compliance with the drawings

  • Custom joinery and furniture build

  • Installation of custom joinery and millwork

  • Installation of appliance

  • Installation of FF&E

  • Close our permits

  • Staging and delivery of premises to the client
